Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order through TigTagTrue, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Who Can Use TigTagTrue

You must be 13 or older to create an account.

Our Service

TigTagTrue connects customers with restaurants for catering and event food orders. We facilitate the order and matching process between customers and participating restaurants.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate order information, including guest count, allergies, and delivery details. You are responsible for reviewing your order before confirming.

Party Chat and Community Rules

Party chat is for the guests of your table. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: no harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content or spam. Press and hold any message to report it or to block the person who sent it. Reported messages are hidden right away and reviewed by TigTagTrue within 24 hours; we remove content that breaks these rules and remove users who post it.

Stories, Notes and Close Friends

What you write in My TigTagTrue Day is yours. Only share stories and details about other people that you have the right to share. Notes on a friend's story follow the same community rules as party chat. The owner of a story can remove any note on it and can remove a close friend at any time. To report a problem, email support@tigtagtrue.com.

Orders and Payment

Prices are set by participating restaurants. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. Cancellation policies may vary by restaurant and event date.

Limitation of Liability

TigTagTrue acts as a facilitator between customers and restaurants. We are not liable for food quality, delivery delays, or issues arising from third-party restaurant partners.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
